PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This contract is between the original buyer and seller. The seller does warranty this dog to be in good health at the time of purchase. All expenses after the sale of the puppy are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable by the seller.
LIMITED 1 YEAR PUPPY WARRANTY
The breeder warrants your puppy for 1 year from the date of purchase against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with your pets ability to lead a normal life. Coccidia and Giardia are not included in this warranty.
This warranty is void unless a licensed veterinarian examines this puppy within four days of purchase. During the initial exam, should your veterinarian diagnose any physical health problem that will require further veterinarian care, other than required vaccinations and/or worming you must notify the seller within twenty-four hours. The dog must be returned to the breeder with a written report by vet within four business days of veterinarian visit. The puppy will be replaced when more puppies are available.
A puppy's immune system is not fully competent until around 6 months of age following a normal vaccination program. Your puppy is susceptible to coccidia, corona, distemper, giardia, hepatitis, parvo, and leptospirosis during the first year. Therefore, it will void the warranty if the puppy is taken out in public areas and has contact with other animals before 6 months of age. In case of death from any of the above mentioned, this warranty is void. Your puppy has received his/her first puppy shot before going home unless otherwise noted in the RECAP. Seriously, we encourage you to wait to take your puppy to a local pet store, park or other public venue until the puppy is six months old or older and their immune system is stronger.
If the dog dies within the 1 year warranty you must have followed all advice by vet and have an autopsy performed by a state lab and provide seller with a copy of the report.
If the puppy is diagnosed with a congenital blindness, heart murmur, deafness, or hip dysplasia during the first year from the date of purchase, x-rays (for dysplasia, taken at the buyer's expense) with a letter and report submitted to the breeder from a licensed veterinarian is required. The puppy must be returned to seller within four days of examination and will be replaced with another puppy when one becomes available. Without the documentation this warranty is void.
In the event that the buyer cannot keep the puppy, the puppy must be returned to the breeder (no money will be returned).
The seller cannot warranty against minor conditions (such as worms, ear mites, etc.) However the puppies have been medicated for prevention of these conditions prior to being sold.
All puppies are sold as pets only, LIMITED AKC not for breeding purposes. It is agreed that any puppy will be spayed or neutered by age of 12 months. No warranty will be given as to size or color.
RECAP CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY: MUST INITIAL TO CERTIFIED UNDERSTANDING
_______ 1. This warranty is for 1 year beginning from the date this contract is signed and is between the original buyer and seller only. Transference voids warranty.
______ 2. Must take puppy to licensed vet for examination within four days of purchase or voids warranty.
______ 3. Taking the puppy out in public before 24 weeks of age voids the warranty if the puppy passes away.
_______4. Death from distemper, hepatitis, corona, parvo, coccidia, giardia or leptospirosis voids warranty.
5. Should your veterinarian diagnose any physical health problem that will require further veterinarian care than routine shots/vaccinations you must notify the seller within 24 hours.
_______6. Warranty is void if paperwork does not accompany any congenital defects and the puppy is not returned to seller within four days of diagnosis.

8. I understand reactions are possible and the seller has explained in case of any lethargy, swelling or concerning behavior to take the puppy to the nearest emergency vet or to my regular veterinarian immediately
_______ 9. This puppy is sold as pet only and shall be spayed/neutered by age of 12 months. The AKC registration is classified as a “Limited Registration” meaning that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for AKC registration and this is not a sanctioned breeding dog.
_______10. And finally, Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas; in Liberty County. It is agreed the place of venue shall be in Liberty County, TX.

Dog food __Fromm Gold Puppy from: Hollywoodfeed.com (I have found it in a few specialty pet stores in the Kingwood and Woodlands areas. Please if you do not choose this brand, do buy a high end dog food for them. Their health depends on it.
